Independently perform estimating and pre-construction for Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing scopes within Data Center projects. This includes creating quantity takeoffs, evaluating subcontractor bids, and collaborating on value engineering to optimize construction costs.

The Corporate Counsel will provide strategic legal guidance and support for construction projects, including drafting and negotiating complex contracts. The role also involves managing disputes, ensuring regulatory compliance, and advising executive leadership on legal implications of business decisions.
