The specialist will provide exceptional service through inbound and outbound communications while maintaining accurate customer account information. They will also handle service orders, resolve customer complaints, and perform soft collections as needed.

Provides administrative and operational support for Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) programs to ensure regulatory compliance across field operations. Manages safety documentation, DOT-regulated employee compliance, and generates reports to support leadership decision-making.

Lead a team of Region Safety Managers to develop and implement safety strategies and programs across field operations. Partner with operational leadership to foster a safety culture, ensure regulatory compliance, and reduce organizational risk.
