The Manager Field Safety leads a team of Region Safety Managers to develop and implement safety strategies that ensure regulatory compliance and reduce operational risk. This role partners with leadership to foster a strong safety culture and oversees incident investigations and field audits to drive continuous improvement.
Provides administrative and operational support for Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) programs to ensure regulatory compliance across field operations. Manages safety documentation, DOT-regulated employee compliance, and generates reports to support leadership decision-making.
