The Trauma Registrar abstracts and codes medical record data for trauma patients according to ACS, TQIP, and state guidelines. They are responsible for data collection, entry into the trauma registry, and ensuring timely submission for verification and reporting.

The therapist will utilize specialized clinical knowledge and advanced skills in psychotherapy, counseling, interviews, assessments, and treatment plans for patients of all ages, including providing virtual therapy sessions. Key duties involve providing individual, group, family, and crisis counseling, running in-person group therapy, consulting with team members, and developing individualized master treatment plans.

You will be responsible for abstracting and submitting cancer tumor registry data for multiple hospitals. Additionally, you will maintain accurate cancer case ascertainment and participate in Commission on Cancer accreditation activities.

As an LPN in the South Team, you will provide care to approximately six patients each day in their homes, ensuring continuity of care and coordinating discharge planning. You will engage with patients and families, educate them about care benefits, and maintain up-to-date documentation regarding patient conditions.
