The Registered Dietitian will review clinical intake materials and collaborate with families to design individualized nutrition and care plans. They will also coordinate with the broader care team, including physicians and health coaches, to ensure cohesive, well-managed treatment for adolescent patients.

Provide high-quality support to patients and doctors across phone, email, and chat channels. Ensure efficient resolution of inquiries while maintaining accurate documentation and adhering to service level agreements.

The Client Success Manager acts as the primary point of contact for health plan and employer clients, managing the end-to-end relationship to drive member activation, engagement, and retention. They are responsible for operationalizing the client experience, meeting commercial growth targets, and ensuring clinical outcomes are achieved.

Provide high-quality, evidence-based pediatric urgent care via a telehealth platform. Collaborate with medical staff and customer support to ensure holistic patient care for children and families.
