Leads technical civil engineering work for utility-scale solar and BESS projects from RFP through IFC plan sets. Coordinates with internal teams and external Engineers of Record to ensure constructible, safe, and budget-compliant designs.

They are responsible for mentoring the design team, ensuring regulatory compliance, and collaborating across disciplines to support construction and client requirements.

The Senior Commissioning Manager will lead commissioning efforts for utility-scale solar and BESS projects, overseeing testing, startup activities, and documentation. They will manage internal field staff and subcontractors while ensuring compliance with contract requirements and safety standards.

The Senior Electrical Engineer will serve as the technical lead for electrical design of utility-scale solar PV and BESS projects from concept through commissioning, developing and reviewing critical design deliverables. This role involves performing detailed engineering studies, ensuring compliance with codes like NEC and IEEE, and evaluating major electrical equipment selection.

The Senior Project Manager leads the full lifecycle execution of complex, utility-scale solar EPC projects, ensuring safe, timely, and financially disciplined delivery from NTP through final acceptance. This role also involves developing future project leaders, elevating project management standards, and reinforcing company culture.
