Regional Sales Manager – France & Western/Southern Europe

What You’ll Do:

As part of our continued international expansion, we are strengthening our commercial presence across Europe and looking for an experienced sales professional who understands the sports betting industry and can independently develop new business opportunities.

• Drive business development and commercial growth across France and selected Western and Southern European markets.
• Develop and execute a regional sales strategy focused on acquiring new sportsbook operators, platform providers, and technology partners.
• Identify, research, and qualify potential B2B leads and customers across assigned target markets.
• Leverage existing industry relationships to generate new business opportunities and open doors with key operators.
• Manage the complete end-to-end sales cycle, from initial prospecting and discovery through commercial negotiations and contract execution.
• Build and nurture strategic relationships with C-level decision-makers, including CEOs, Commercial Directors, Trading Directors, and Heads of Sportsbook.
• Develop a clear, deep understanding of the regional market landscape, including key operators, competitors, regulatory considerations, and commercial opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with internal Product, Customer Success, and Technical teams to solution-sell and deliver appropriate client offerings.
• Maintain strategic customer relationships post-contract execution, identifying opportunities for account expansion and upselling.
• Represent LSports at relevant industry conferences, trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events.
• Maintain accurate sales pipeline management, forecasting, and deal tracking using Salesforce CRM.

Requirements

• 5+ years of B2B sales or business development experience specifically within the sports betting, iGaming technology, or sports data industry.
• Proven experience managing and expanding sales territories within Western or Southern Europe.
• Established network and existing relationships with sportsbook operators, betting platforms, or relevant technology providers.
• Track record of success in independently generating, driving, and closing complex B2B deals.
• Strong technical understanding of sportsbook operations, sports data feeds, odds feeds, automated trading solutions, or related betting technology.
• High proficiency with sales pipeline management and CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
• Native/Fluent English plus fluency in at least one additional relevant European language.
• Outstanding negotiation, executive communication, and client relationship management skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work highly autonomously in a remote environment.
• Willingness and availability to travel internationally as required for client meetings and events.

Bonus Points if you have:

• Previous experience working at an established sports betting data/tech provider.
• Strong French language skills and a strong network within the French sports betting market.
• Working knowledge of regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements across multiple European gambling jurisdictions.
• Direct existing relationships with Tier 1 and Tier 2 sportsbook operators in Europe.
