The QA Automation Engineer will independently build and maintain end-to-end test automation for a complex Angular web application using BrowserStack. They are responsible for executing cross-browser tests, managing defects in Azure DevOps, and ensuring application quality across various modules.
The role serves as the first point of contact for client support requests, responsible for initial engagement, accurate documentation, and resolving well-defined technical issues. It also involves escalating complex problems, monitoring security and backup platforms, and supporting larger technical initiatives.
The role involves managing AWS infrastructure, security operations, and DevSecOps processes while ensuring compliance with SOC 2 standards. You will also be responsible for production monitoring, disaster recovery testing, and maintaining secure access controls across the organization.
You will own the end-to-end backend architecture for connected device fleets and lead IoT communication layers using protocols like MQTT and WebSockets. Additionally, you will design high-volume telemetry processing pipelines and act as the primary escalation point for production device-to-cloud issues.
