The Senior Graphic Designer is responsible for leading the graphics function within the Capture Management department, translating proposal messaging into compelling visual designs. This includes overseeing graphic resources, maintaining corporate branding, and creating materials for brochures, presentations, and corporate collateral.

The specialist provides support for client grants and cooperative agreements, including the preparation of selection criteria and the evaluation of proposals. They are also responsible for post-award monitoring to ensure compliance with policies and the prevention of fraud, waste, and abuse.

Support state and local governments in designing and implementing federally funded COVID-19 relief programs. Develop grant documentation, performance metrics, and standard operating procedures to ensure compliant use of federal funds.

Provide 24/7 spill response services and fill ICS positions during unplanned client events. Support training events, tabletop exercises, and maintain a high state of readiness for emergency deployment.

Conduct and coordinate safety, security, and environmental audits on customer vessels to ensure compliance with U.S. laws and regulations. Provide guidance to vessel captains during US Coast Guard inspections and support client preparedness through training and exercises.
