Provide subject matter expertise and clinical training to Health Care Providers on the use of Therakos devices and technology. Lead field-based educational sessions and provide onsite and remote support to ensure safe application of pharmaceutical devices.

Lead and deliver complex AI and IT programs from concept to implementation, ensuring alignment with business strategy and regulatory standards. Manage cross-functional teams and external vendors to deploy data platforms, AI/ML solutions, and enterprise IT systems.

Oversee product complaints and post-market surveillance processes in compliance with ISO 13485, EU MDR, and other regulatory standards. Lead a team of analysts to perform trend analyses, manage vigilance reports, and report performance KPIs to executive management.

The Director of Field Alignment provides leadership for cross-functional pods to drive operational excellence and a unified customer experience. They are responsible for strategic integration, proactive account management, and using data-driven insights to optimize resource allocation and performance.

This role involves implementing the Medical Affairs strategy regionally, focusing heavily on developing and maintaining relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to serve as a scientific bridge between the company and the medical community. Responsibilities include delivering scientific expertise, supporting clinical research initiatives, and ensuring all activities adhere to scientific integrity and compliance standards.
