The Compliance Program Manager owns the full lifecycle of compliance frameworks, including regulatory monitoring, internal readiness, and remediation. They also lead product management efforts, such as business case development, pricing, and the launch of new service offerings.
The consultant will serve as a Tier 2 escalation point for technical issues, managing remote monitoring platforms and executing data governance checks. They are also responsible for completing infrastructure projects and maintaining comprehensive technical documentation within the client's environment.
The consultant will conduct GDPR and UK GDPR readiness assessments, gap analyses, and develop comprehensive privacy compliance programs. They will also manage privacy documentation, advise on international data transfers, and provide executive-level guidance on regulatory requirements.
