The 3PL Operations Associate will monitor third-party logistics performance against SLAs and hold partners accountable through data-driven insights. They will also identify operational issues, analyze trends, and implement scalable workflows to improve efficiency.

The Carrier Ops Associate will coordinate cross-functional projects, manage vendor and shipment issues, and support the implementation of automation and AI tools. They are responsible for maintaining operational documentation, tracking KPIs, and ensuring efficient communication across internal teams.

Oversee daily accounts payable operations, including invoice processing, vendor communications, and corporate card compliance. Manage monthly close activities, supervise AP staff, and drive process improvements to increase efficiency and scalability.
