Lead end-to-end client strategy and governance for strategic key accounts to drive GRAVTY platform adoption and Net Revenue Retention. Act as a trusted advisor to C-level stakeholders while collaborating cross-functionally to align product roadmaps with client business objectives.

The Enterprise Account Director will be responsible for achieving sales targets by selling GRAVTY® solutions to enterprise customers, guiding them from initial interaction through to successful launch to realize transformative value. This involves defining and executing a sales strategy, building C-suite relationships, and solving complex customer challenges using the platform's flexible architecture.

The consultant will deliver compelling live and virtual demonstrations of the GRAVTY platform, translating complex capabilities into clear, client-relevant stories and use cases. They will also participate in discovery calls to understand client pain points and map needs to platform configurations, while assisting sales with proposals and maintaining competitive intelligence.

The Enterprise Account Director will define and execute a sales strategy for the European territory to achieve sales targets by selling GRAVTY® solutions to enterprise customers. This involves building C-suite relationships, solving complex customer challenges, and leading cross-functional teams to ensure value realization.

The Senior Director will architect and execute the global partnership roadmap with GSIs, ISVs, and influence partners, focusing on creating a structured co-sell/resell engine to accelerate revenue growth globally. This role involves acting as the face of the company to partner sales leaders, driving joint business planning, and owning the sales forecast for these strategic alliances.

The Business Analyst will conduct in-depth client discovery sessions, analyze requirements, and define KPIs, while also overseeing the implementation of loyalty programs using GRAVTY® and managing project documentation to ensure SLA compliance. Responsibilities also include collaborating with product management to drive innovation, developing marketing collateral, and contributing to go-to-market strategies.

The Business Analyst will conduct in-depth client discovery sessions, analyze requirements, and define KPIs while overseeing the implementation of loyalty programs using the GRAVTY® SaaS product. Responsibilities also include designing training programs, managing documentation, and collaborating with the product team to drive innovation and develop marketing collateral.
