They are responsible for managing integrations, guiding implementation, and ensuring customers achieve operational value through the platform.

Lead the People and Talent function to standardize and scale HR systems, performance frameworks, and the employee lifecycle within a scaling SaaS environment. Partner with the CFO and Operations team to drive talent acquisition, compensation benchmarking, and manager development programs.

Lead the end-to-end delivery of enterprise SaaS implementations for utility and transmission customers, managing scope, schedule, and budget. Coordinate cross-functional teams and customer stakeholders to ensure successful go-live and value realization.
