Manage the full renewal process for public sector accounts, including discovery calls, proposals, and the development of business value assessments. Drive new business through upsell and cross-sell motions while maintaining an accurate pipeline in Salesforce.

The role involves expanding and refining collections coverage by identifying and monitoring high-signal sources within illicit online communities. The analyst will build complex keyword queries and collaborate with internal teams to operationalize these sources into live intelligence pipelines for enterprise clients.
