The Director of Technical Account Management leads a team of threat intelligence experts to ensure customers maximize value from the Flare platform. This role involves developing team processes, providing technical guidance, and collaborating cross-functionally to drive customer outcomes and product improvements.
The Senior Technical Account Manager serves as the primary technical point of contact to optimize customer use of the Flare platform through onboarding, configuration, and ongoing support. They collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical challenges and provide expert guidance on cyber threat intelligence workflows.
You will own the full end-to-end sales cycle across the Benelux and Nordic regions, driving revenue growth through both direct and partner-led channels. This involves building a robust pipeline, managing commercial negotiations, and positioning cybersecurity solutions to security leaders.
You will own and scale the indirect revenue engine across UKI and DACH by recruiting and managing VARs, MSSPs, and distributors. You will collaborate with regional teams to execute go-to-market strategies and drive pipeline growth while representing Flare as a subject matter expert.
You will partner with the sales team to demonstrate the Flare platform's value, manage technical proof of concepts, and act as a technical consultant for prospective customers. Additionally, you will deliver threat briefings to industry groups and collaborate with research teams to map cybercrime trends to customer risks.
Lead and coach a team of senior Customer Success Managers to ensure strategic account growth and high-quality engagement. Coordinate cross-functional efforts including executive sponsorship, QBRs, and renewal management to meet team targets.
Partner with the sales team to demonstrate the Flare platform's value and manage technical Proof of Concepts for prospective customers. Act as a technical consultant and analyst, interpreting cybercrime findings and delivering threat briefings to sector ISACs.
