The Account Manager is responsible for renewing and expanding partnerships with existing K-12 customers to drive revenue and product adoption. This includes monitoring engagement, conducting product demos, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure customer success.

Serve as a strategic partner to school district leaders to guide the successful implementation of English Learner programs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to advocate for partner needs and drive long-term academic outcomes for multilingual learners.

The role involves facilitating partner learning experiences and delivering educational content to help districts implement ELD solutions. Additionally, the specialist contributes to the design of training materials and collaborates cross-functionally to improve partner adoption and success.

Build and operate full-stack product features using React and .NET Core or Python to support English Learner programs. Own the entire software lifecycle from design and prototyping to deployment, instrumentation, and production monitoring.
