Lead, coach, and manage a team of Account Executives responsible for net-new home health and hospice provider acquisition. Develop and refine sales processes, messaging, and best practices for selling SaaS solutions into home health and hospice providers.

Responsible for inbound and outbound lead generation and qualification within the Home Health and Hospice market. This includes managing event-driven leads, conducting targeted research, and collaborating with Account Executives to build a high-priority sales pipeline.

The role focuses on driving awareness and pipeline for specific healthcare segments through integrated multi-channel campaigns and AI-powered automation. You will collaborate with Sales, SDRs, and Product Marketing to execute webinars, events, and partner activations while optimizing workflows using Claude AI.

The AI Builder will design, build, and scale intelligent workflows by integrating AI agents and copilots into GTM operations. This role involves mapping processes, connecting data sources, and establishing governance frameworks to improve operational efficiency.

The Account Executive will be responsible for driving growth by researching new market opportunities, building a robust pipeline, and executing account-based sales strategies to penetrate new healthcare provider markets. This role involves managing the full sales cycle from prospecting and demos through contract negotiation and closing deals.
