Lead and scale the Support Operations workforce ecosystem by managing capacity planning, forecasting, and scheduling. Partner with technical teams to implement automation and AI agents to reduce manual support volumes and improve operational efficiency.

Own the onboarding, configuration, and training of new dispensary customers across the full product suite. Manage mobile app submissions and translate technical concepts into actionable steps for non-technical operators.

This role involves supporting annual budgeting and multi-year planning by prioritizing investments aligned with strategic goals, and conducting high-stakes, data-driven analyses to dictate business pivots or doubling down on growth levers. The analyst will also build detailed financial models for new products, markets, M&A targets, and complex partnerships, translating findings into clear narratives for executives and investors.
