The role is responsible for coordinating the daily schedules of field technicians to ensure efficient installation and repair of alarm systems. It involves strategic planning, reprioritizing jobs to meet customer commitments, and maintaining communication between technicians and management.

Handle inbound phone calls to provide technical assistance and troubleshooting for residential and small business alarm systems. Guide customers through resolution workflows and schedule onsite technician visits when necessary.

Lead a team of AI/ML engineers and researchers to develop and deploy cutting-edge models that drive business value. Define the strategic AI roadmap and establish frameworks for responsible AI governance and ethics.

Responsible for monitoring residential and small business alarms, dispatching authorities, and notifying responsible parties. Acts as the first point of contact for customers to provide technical support, troubleshoot devices, and resolve billing issues.
