The Recruiter Assistant manages the candidate pipeline by monitoring applications, updating records in Bullhorn, and supporting recruiters with sourcing and outreach. They also coordinate with internal departments to ensure efficient communication and follow-up processes.

The recruiter will be responsible for building and managing their own pipeline of healthcare candidates, running full-cycle recruiting from outreach through placement, and utilizing AI-assisted tools to prioritize candidates. They will also contribute ideas on workflow, tools, and process improvements as the business scales.

Recruiters will build trusted relationships with clinicians and guide them through the hiring process. They will also partner with Account Managers and Compliance to ensure smooth onboarding and long-term success.
