The Senior Manager of Global Translations will oversee the Translation Center of Excellence, managing end-to-end translation workflows, vendor relationships, and quality assurance. They are responsible for defining global translation strategy, establishing governance standards, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of localized content.

The Lead Instructional Designer is responsible for designing complex instructional materials and ensuring high standards of content accuracy across certification products. They also provide quality assurance reviews, mentor team members, and collaborate with subject matter experts to drive innovative learning strategies.

The Inside Sales Representative will identify and qualify potential customers, present and promote products, and manage customer relationships. They will also collaborate with the sales team and other departments to meet sales goals.
