Scope of Position: The Vice President of Growth & Revenue Marketing is responsible for building and leading Trustwell's revenue marketing strategy across the entire customer lifecycle, from first touch through qualified pipeline, customer expansion, and cross-sell opportunities.

This leader owns marketing's contribution to new business growth and expansion revenue through integrated demand generation, digital marketing, paid media, account-based marketing (ABM), marketing operations, attribution, campaign performance, and scalable cross-sell programs. Success is measured by qualified pipeline, conversion, marketing efficiency, new ARR, expansion pipeline, and overall revenue impact.

Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, this role partners closely with Sales, Revenue Operations, Product Marketing, Customer Marketing, Customer Success, and Digital Experience to ensure marketing investments translate into measurable business outcomes. This leader will help shape a modern, metrics-driven marketing organization built around accountability, experimentation, continuous optimization, and revenue growth.


Essential Duties & Responsibilities including but limited to:   

Revenue Marketing Strategy

  • Develop and execute Trustwell's integrated revenue marketing strategy aligned with corporate growth objectives.
  • Own marketing-generated and marketing-influenced pipeline goals, conversion metrics, and revenue performance.
  • Build scalable demand generation programs across target industries, buyer personas, and customer segments.
  • Develop lifecycle marketing programs that generate customer expansion, cross-sell, and upsell opportunities across the Trustwell portfolio.
  • Continuously optimize marketing investments to improve pipeline growth, customer acquisition efficiency, and expansion revenue.

Integrated Campaigns & Demand Generation

  • Lead integrated, multi-channel campaigns across paid media, email, webinars, field marketing, account-based marketing (ABM), partner marketing, digital channels, and outbound support.
  • Build campaigns that support both new customer acquisition and expansion within the existing customer base.
  • Partner with Product Marketing to ensure campaigns clearly communicate customer value and competitive differentiation.
  • Collaborate with Customer Marketing to drive adoption of complementary Trustwell solutions through targeted cross-sell initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Digital Experience & Creative to optimize landing pages, conversion paths, and campaign performance.

Sales Alignment & Pipeline Growth

  • Partner closely with Sales leadership to improve account engagement, lead management, pipeline creation, and funnel conversion.
  • Develop campaign strategies that support new logo acquisition while accelerating strategic expansion, cross-sell, and upsell opportunities.
  • Partner with Customer Success and Account Management to identify high-value customer segments and execute targeted expansion campaigns.
  • Forecast marketing-sourced pipeline and proactively optimize performance to achieve quarterly and annual growth targets.

Marketing Operations & Technology

  • Own the marketing technology ecosystem, including HubSpot, lead scoring, segmentation, campaign execution, lifecycle management, and automation.
  • Partner with Revenue Operations to ensure alignment across Salesforce, reporting, data quality, attribution, and funnel visibility.
  • Identify opportunities to leverage AI and automation to improve campaign execution, personalization, and operational efficiency.

Analytics & Performance

  • Develop executive dashboards that clearly connect marketing investments to pipeline, revenue, and ROI.
  • Establish attribution models that improve visibility into campaign effectiveness and marketing performance.
  • Measure and optimize marketing's contribution to expansion pipeline, cross-sell revenue, customer engagement, and customer lifetime value.
  • Drive ongoing testing and optimization across campaigns, paid media, nurture programs, and conversion funnels.
  • Deliver actionable insights that improve investment decisions and executive reporting.
  • Present marketing performance, strategic recommendations, and business insights to executive leadership and the Board.

Required Skills/Abilities 

  • 10+ years of progressive B2B marketing experience, including at least 5 years leading demand generation or revenue marketing.
  • Proven success building scalable revenue marketing organizations that consistently deliver pipeline and revenue growth.
  • Experience developing lifecycle marketing strategies that drive customer expansion, cross-sell, and upsell in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Deep expertise in demand generation, paid media, marketing automation, ABM, lifecycle marketing, funnel optimization, and performance marketing.
  • Strong understanding of modern B2B SaaS buying journeys and customer acquisition strategies.
  • Experience building attribution models, executive dashboards, and data-driven reporting frameworks.
  • Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to translate performance data into strategic business decisions.
  • Experience managing marketing technology platforms, including HubSpot, Salesforce, 6sense, and modern analytics tools.
  • Strong financial and operational discipline with experience managing budgets and investment allocation.
  • Outstanding communication, executive presence, and cross-functional leadership skills.
  • Demonstrated success partnering with Sales, Customer Success, Product Marketing, and Revenue Operations to increase pipeline and expansion revenue.
  • A growth mindset with a passion for experimentation, continuous optimization, AI innovation, and measurable business outcomes.

Education/Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field required.
  • Master's degree preferred.
  • Experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise technology marketing.
  • Experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub and Salesforce CRM.
  • Experience with marketing attribution and business intelligence platforms.
  • Expertise in paid media strategy and optimization.
  • Experience leading Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs.
  • Experience with AI-enabled marketing tools and automation platforms.
  • Experience in food technology, supply chain software, compliance, or enterprise SaaS preferred.

The compensation for this role is based on several factors, including the candidate's experience, education, skills, and alignment with the responsibilities outlined for the role. The anticipated salary range for this role is (Annual Salary); with most candidates hired in the mid-range.
