You will be responsible for generating and qualifying enterprise-level sales pipeline by researching target accounts and conducting multi-touch outbound sequences. Additionally, you will manage lead data in HubSpot and coordinate closely with Account Executives to facilitate smooth handoffs of qualified opportunities.
About the Role
As a Sales Development Representative at auxi, you'll own top-of-funnel pipeline for our enterprise motion: identifying the right accounts, starting the right conversations, and setting our Account Executives up to close. You'll be the first live conversation most prospects have with auxi, so how you research, reach out, and qualify directly shapes our pipeline quality and our growth. This is a full-time, remote-first role with a clear path to Account Executive and other go-to-market roles as we scale.
Full time · Global Contractor · LATAM · Remote
What You'll Do
Pipeline Generation
- Research and prioritize target accounts and buying committees across the industries auxi serves, including financial services, consulting, and other enterprise teams built around client-facing presentations.
- Build and manage a pipeline of qualified leads using tools like Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and HubSpot.
- Run multi-touch outbound sequences across email, LinkedIn, and phone, tailoring messaging by industry, role, and use case.
- Respond quickly to inbound interest from marketing campaigns, keeping response times tight and follow-through consistent.
Discovery & Qualification
- Lead first conversations that uncover current workflow, pain points, and buying intent.
- Qualify (and disqualify) opportunities using a structured framework (e.g., BANT) so Account Executive time goes to the best-fit prospects.
- Schedule discovery and demo calls for Account Executives, confirm attendance, and stay engaged through a clean handoff.
Systems & Collaboration
- Keep HubSpot accurate and current: log stages, notes, and next steps on every touch.
- Track and report on outreach performance (connect rates, reply rates, meetings booked) and use the data to sharpen your approach.
- Partner with Marketing on messaging and lead sources, and share prospect feedback with Product to help shape the roadmap.
- Participate in team stand-ups and coaching sessions, and bring what you learn in the field back to the team.
- Collaborate closely with Account Executives to ensure outreach messaging, targets, and motion are locked-in.
What You'll Bring
- Experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or business development. SaaS experience is a plus.

- Comfort working independently in a remote, fast-moving environment.
- Genuine curiosity about how enterprise teams work, and a habit of asking good questions.
- Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
- Your Location: LATAM

- Experience selling into financial services, consulting, or other professional-services or enterprise markets.
- Familiarity with modern sales engagement tools (Apollo, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator) and CRM hygiene best practices.
- Exposure to AI or productivity tooling, or experience at a fast-growing SaaS company.
