The manager will lead, mentor, and manage a distributed engineering team, fostering collaboration and accountability while partnering with the CEO and Product Manager to execute the technical roadmap. Responsibilities include owning the full software development lifecycle, defining coding standards, managing sprints via JIRA, overseeing GitHub workflows, and ensuring system performance and reliability.

The role involves owning and growing a named territory by managing net-new business, expansion, and retention, while maintaining accountability for pipeline, forecast, and revenue generation. This includes leading the full sales cycle for deals over $50K ACV, focusing on business outcomes, and effectively engaging buying groups.
