Summary

Serves as a key operational resource responsible for maintaining, validating, and analyzing licensing and renewal data. Supports the lifecycle of hardware and software maintenance, subscription, and support renewals, with specific emphasis on VMware/Broadcom licensing. Coordinates renewal information with Logicalis Account Executives, Renewals Sales Specialists, Customer Success, vendor partners, and internal operations teams to improve renewal readiness, forecasting accuracy, and customer retention.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Exceeds quarterly and annual sales targets.

• Responsible for timely generation of renewal quotes, including validation, auditing, and management of all aspects of maintenance and subscription renewals.

Education/Experience/Technical Requirements/Certifications

  Education:

• Associate’s Degree in a related field.

   Experience / Technical Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of direct experience supporting VMware and/or Broadcom software licensing, subscription renewals, support renewals, entitlement validation, and contract administration.

• Expert working knowledge of service business including co-termination, service terms, terms and conditions, etc.

• Working knowledge of VMware/Broadcom licensing programs, subscription models, support offerings, contract structures, entitlement data, and renewal requirements.

• Experience maintaining accurate licensing and renewal records, identifying data discrepancies, and supporting renewal pipeline and forecasting activities.

Salary Range: $77,000-$101,000 plus variable bonus.
