Ansell is looking for a Key Account Manager – Life Sciences to join our team in the Cracow, Poland or Remote, Poland!

 

Ansell is seeking a commercially driven Key Account Manager – Life Sciences to accelerate growth across the Central & Eastern Europe region. Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing strategic relationships with key Life Sciences, Cleanroom, Pharmaceutical and Biotechnology customers, driving sales of the Kimtech® and BioClean® portfolio, expanding market share, and identifying new business opportunities through direct engagement with end users, distributors, and strategic partners.

What your role will be

 

  • Drive volume, revenue, and market share growth across assigned key accounts.

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans aligned with business objectives and channel strategy.

  • Build and manage long-term relationships with Life Sciences customers at multiple organizational levels.

  • Partner with distributors to develop commercial plans, promotional initiatives, and growth strategies.

  • Identify and develop new distribution partners and high-potential target accounts.

  • Conduct regular customer visits and business reviews to understand customer needs and capture Voice of Customer insights.

  • Analyze market trends, customer opportunities, and competitive activity to maximize business growth.

  • Support annual sales planning, budgeting, and long-term growth objectives for the Life Sciences segment.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

  • Support conferences, industry events, and marketing initiatives within the Life Sciences sector.

  • Maintain accurate customer records and pipeline management within CRM systems.

  • Ensure all business activities are executed in accordance with company policies and trading terms.

 

What will you bring

 

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.

  • 5-7+ years of sales experience, including mandatory experience within the pharmaceutical sector.

  • Experience within Life Sciences, Cleanroom, Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, Scientific, or related markets.

  • Strong consultative selling and key account management skills.

  • Experience working with distributors and indirect sales channels.

  • Proven ability to develop business opportunities and manage strategic customer relationships.

  • Strong commercial, negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Experience using CRM systems and managing sales pipelines.

  • Fluency in English.

  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and collaborative approach to work.

  • Willingness to travel extensively across the CEE region (up to approximately 50%25).

 

Additional Requirements

  • Frequent travel across the EMEA region and occasional international travel (50%25+)
  • Flexibility to participate in meetings across multiple international time zones
