About the Role

We are looking for a driven, goal-oriented German-Speaking Digital Health Sales Representative to accelerate our expansion throughout the DACH market. Within this position, you will pitch and sell an industry-leading AI platform built to eliminate administrative overhead for psychotherapists, enabling them to focus their energy on clinical care.

As one of the initial sales hires at an expanding HealthTech startup, you will be instrumental in scaling our commercial operations from scratch (0 to 1). You will manage every stage of the sales pipeline—spanning aggressive outbound lead generation to securing deals from inbound trial sign-ups—while developing our sales frameworks and commercial strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive Revenue & Conversions: Convert warm leads from webinars and product trials into paying clients by conducting discovery sessions, giving product demonstrations, executing rigorous follow-ups, and closing sales.
• Outbound Prospecting: Establish new commercial avenues (joint practices, medical centers/MVZs, educational institutes, professional associations, industry gatherings) through proactive outreach using phone calls, emails, and LinkedIn messaging.
• Build the Sales Playbook: Experiment with various outreach channels, refine messaging sequences, perfect response frameworks for common objections, and construct repeatable sales systems while actively closing deals.
• Full-Funnel Ownership: Establish, monitor, and reach your core revenue goals in direct partnership with the Commercial Engine Lead.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Align with the Marketing team to define target demographics and campaign strategies; produce compelling sales enablement materials.
• Product Feedback Loop: Pass along structured market intelligence and buyer feedback directly to Product Managers to overcome sales hurdles and satisfy target audience requirements.

Requirements

Must-Haves:

• Experience: 3 to 5+ years selling B2B SaaS or Digital Health solutions with a demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Languages: Native fluency in German (C2) alongside professional working proficiency in English (B2+).
• Prospecting Mindset: Assertive hunter attitude with a high comfort level executing dense cold outreach (up to 40 outbound calls daily) and flexibility for late afternoon or early evening prospect meetings (5:00 PM – 7:00 PM).
• Domain Credibility: Capacity to swiftly build trust and professional authority when speaking with psychotherapists and medical experts.
• Systems & Data Driven: Skilled in leveraging modern CRM platforms, automated sales tools, systematic funnel analytics, and metrics-driven sales approaches.
• Entrepreneurial Ambition: Eagerness to build out an early-stage sales function from the ground up instead of depending on existing sales pipelines or dedicated SDR assistance.

Nice-to-Haves:

• Direct track record selling solutions to private clinics, medical professionals, or within the German statutory health insurance (KV) framework.
• Formal medical credentials, clinical experience, or background training in psychotherapy/healthcare.
• Practical expertise using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, outbound prospecting software, and performance marketing channels (webinars, product trial workflows).
