Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Full Desk Account Executive to join our team. This role is crucial in driving our business growth by managing the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals and maintaining client relationships, as well as recruiting top talent for our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT services and solutions, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to identify and target new business opportunities in the IT services and solutions market.
  • Lead Generation: Proactively generate leads through various channels, including networking, cold calling, email campaigns, and social media.
  • Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored IT solutions.
  • Consultative Selling: Conduct thorough needs assessments and present customized solutions that align with clients' business objectives and technical requirements.
  • Proposal Development: Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and product demonstrations to potential clients.
  • Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate terms and conditions of sales agreements and close deals to achieve sales targets.
  • Account Management: Manage and nurture client accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to provide insights and recommendations to clients.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including technical, marketing, and support departments, to ensure seamless delivery of services and solutions.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline status, and client interactions in the CRM system. Provide regular reports on sales performance and forecasts to management.
  • Recruiting: Identify and attract top talent for our organization by sourcing candidates through various channels, conducting interviews, and assessing their fit for our company culture and requirements.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales or account management, preferably in the IT services and solutions industry, with a demonstrated ability to recruit top talent.
  • Skills:
    • Strong understanding of IT services, solutions, and industry trends.
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
    • Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
    • Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
    • Experience in recruiting and talent acquisition.

    • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
