AI Summary

The Area Sales Director is responsible for driving commercial performance and revenue growth across half of the U.S. by leading, coaching, and developing a team of regional sales managers. This role involves shaping national sales strategy, managing market execution, and fostering strong customer relationships within the medical aesthetics industry.

About Hugel Aesthetics

Hugel Aesthetics is a fast-growing leader in the medical aesthetics industry, bringing innovative injectable and skin-care solutions to the Aesthetics market across the United States. We are building our U.S. organization from the ground up, creating a culture that is intentionally different from traditional, highly layered organizations.

Founded in 2001, Hugel is a South Korea–based global leader in medical aesthetics, specializing in the development and commercialization of botulinum toxin, hyaluronic acid fillers, skin boosters, threads, and biocosmetics. Over the past two decades, Hugel has built a strong global footprint, with commercial presence in approximately 70 countries and operations across nine international subsidiaries.

Leveraging strong global momentum, Hugel Aesthetics was formed as the Company’s dedicated North American business unit, established to lead commercialization in the United States, Canada and Australia. Backed by Hugel’s global scale and expertise, Hugel Aesthetics is a well-resourced, growth-oriented organization focused on expanding access to Letybo and establishing a strong, long-term presence in medical aesthetics.

Our culture is rooted in high ownership, collaboration, and the belief that every voice matters. We value people who bring ideas, take initiative, and want a true seat at the table. In this environment, individuals are empowered to make an impact, move with agility, and help build what comes next.

This is a rare opportunity to join at an early stage and help shape not only the business, but the way we work, lead, and grow together. As we scale our commercial footprint, we're building a sales organization defined by hunger, excellence, and relentless customer focus.

The Opportunity

The Area Sales Director owns commercial performance across half of the U.S., leading a team of regional sales managers responsible for revenue growth, market share, and customer relationships within the assigned area. This leader builds, coaches, and develops a high-performing sales organization capable of scaling with the business, while driving execution against aggressive revenue targets to drive revenue growth for Hugel Aesthetics across the U.S.

Reporting to the VP, US Sales, the Area Sales Director serves as a key partner in shaping national sales strategy, talent development, and go-to-market execution. This is a highly visible, high-impact role for a strategic leader who thrives in a build environment and wants to shape the future of a growing global aesthetics business.

This position has direct leadership responsibility for Regional Sales Managers and indirect responsibility for all Aesthetic Account Managers, working with their teams and providing operational oversight, strategic direction, and sales coaching in order to deliver sustainable growth in a dynamic aesthetics market.

This role requires a high-level of executive presence, relationship building, and leadership experience in the Aesthetics industry. The Area Sales Director plays a critical role in helping us expand in the aesthetics market, build stellar customer engagements, and collaborate cross-functionally to expand Hugel Aesthetic’s portfolio of products to our customers.
