Partner with strategic customers to optimize end-to-end supply chain performance across forecasting, inventory, and logistics. Lead cross-functional initiatives to reduce costs, improve service levels, and drive data-driven continuous improvement.

The role is responsible for implementing strategic food regulatory and nutrition labeling pillars across global markets. This includes providing regulatory direction to internal stakeholders and managing compliance for ingredients and finished products.

Responsible for managing sales margins, product mix, and category development for the foodservice channel. Leads the development of pricing models and coordinates commercialization activities across Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Finance.

The Learning and Development Manager will design and execute training programs to address product and process knowledge gaps across manufacturing facilities. They will partner with R&D, Engineering, and Operations to ensure teams are skilled in product chemistry, ingredient functionality, and production specifications.
