The role is responsible for owning the execution, optimization, and reporting of digital marketing programs to generate qualified leads and pipeline. This includes managing HubSpot automation, paid media channels, and collaborating with sales to nurture leads.

Lead the end-to-end customer renewal process and manage the Business Analyst team to ensure revenue retention and operational efficiency. Oversee the Client Services Desk and maintain data integrity across reporting systems to provide visibility into sales and renewal KPIs.

Manage a portfolio of channel partners to drive meeting generation and closed business through strategic relationship building. Develop and execute account penetration strategies while providing partners with the training and tools needed to identify energy-related opportunities.
