The Program Manager coordinates the digital ecosystem and online curricula to support scholar learning experiences over a six-year journey. This includes managing learning platforms like Canvas, utilizing Salesforce for data insights, and providing operational support for Summer Academies.

Supervise and develop a team of College Access and Success Managers to ensure holistic, data-informed advising for students. Lead program operations, project management, and the execution of Summer Academy programming to support student economic mobility.

The Director is responsible for designing and executing a data-informed scholar recruitment strategy to grow the Six-Year Program. This includes leading the recruitment team, managing external partnerships with schools and organizations, and overseeing the admissions framework.
