The President of FreeUp Storage is responsible for the profitability, asset value, and growth of the portfolio by leading asset management and operational teams. They will set portfolio strategy, optimize revenue and occupancy, and oversee the integration of acquisitions and third-party management services.
The role focuses on integrating all growth channels into a single conversion system to drive measurable rentals and occupancy growth for FreeUp Storage. This includes diagnosing funnel performance, executing multi-channel campaigns, and optimizing the entire customer acquisition journey.
Drive scalable customer acquisition by designing and optimizing paid and organic marketing campaigns across multiple brands. Leverage data, AI tools, and analytics to maximize lead generation and improve return on advertising spend.
Build and maintain production-grade AI applications, data pipelines, and full-stack services across three operating brands. Own the end-to-end delivery from architecture and design through to deployment and cloud operation.
Collect and analyze market, demographic, and competitive data to create dashboards and reports that inform investment and pricing strategies. Support asset management and acquisitions by providing data-driven insights and maintaining a centralized intelligence repository.
