The faculty member is responsible for instructing and engaging students within the Trident Learning Community while providing timely feedback and assessment of their work. They also collaborate with program leadership to resolve academic concerns, enforce university policies, and support student retention efforts.

The Senior Faculty Development Specialist leads the design, implementation, and evaluation of professional learning programs to enhance instructional quality and faculty engagement. This role also provides thought leadership on educational technologies and pedagogical best practices to support student success and institutional accreditation standards.

The Corporate Engagement Specialist represents AIUS institutions at various events to drive student growth and manage corporate accounts. They are responsible for building client relationships, maintaining the Salesforce database, and identifying new marketing opportunities.
