You will manage the founder's calendar, inbox, and travel while overseeing administrative tasks like payments and tool subscriptions. Your primary goal is to ensure all operational loops are closed and tasks are completed without the need for reminders.
You will own the entire hiring operation, including managing multiple pipelines, sourcing strategies, and screening processes. You are responsible for optimizing the hiring machine, reporting on metrics, and building a high-performing team.
The Head of Operations will initially manage day-to-day operations and build scalable processes to remove the founder from operational bottlenecks. Long-term responsibilities include overseeing product development coordination, managing cash flow, and building the operations organization as the company scales.
