Manage the support and processing ecosystem for Palmetto's financial products while maintaining strong relationships with Certified Installers. Provide coaching, training, and strategic planning to partners to ensure smooth transactions and high product adoption.

Monitor residential solar system performance and resolve technical issues through remote troubleshooting to minimize site visits. Manage service queues and document all findings in Salesforce to ensure high-quality customer experience and asset performance.

Review and investigate escalated customer billing complaints related to installer or sales rep misrepresentation. Collaborate with internal departments to resolve issues and implement process improvements to enhance the customer experience.

The Service Project Coordinator manages post-PTO service requests from intake through scheduling and execution readiness. They act as the central point of contact between customers, service partners, and internal teams to ensure efficient and cost-effective service delivery.

The Quality Control Technician reviews and closes milestone packages, including project documents, photos, and design details, ensuring the estimated production matches the installed design for Palmetto's Third Party Ownership product. The primary goal is to drive high quality standards for Palmetto owned assets and clarify necessary remediations to ensure long-term portfolio health.

The engineer will design, build, and scale critical data ingestion pipelines and third-party integrations connecting energy systems to the platform, primarily using NestJS, TypeScript, MongoDB, and Google Cloud Spanner. This involves architecting robust integrations with manufacturer APIs, building resilient microservices, and solving complex data consistency and ingestion problems at an enterprise scale.

This role drives the continued development of Palmetto's Salesforce platform by owning the product strategy, roadmap, and sprint priorities, acting as the primary business liaison and subject matter expert. Key duties include managing the technical delivery team, engaging stakeholders, leading solutioning conversations, and ensuring cross-product alignment.
