The Account Manager is responsible for driving sales growth and awareness of nanopore products through dealer networks and new customers in Japan. This includes implementing strategic business plans, managing key customer relationships, and delivering on commercial targets for specific sequencing systems.

Drive the adoption and growth of Oxford Nanopore sequencing platforms across academic, government, biotech, and clinical research organizations in Quebec and Atlantic Canada. Manage complex consultative sales cycles, develop strategic account plans, and maintain strong relationships with key scientific stakeholders.

Lead the development and implementation of regional marketing and go-to-market strategies for the AMR East region to drive sales and profitability. Coordinate between global marketing teams and regional commercial channels to align product roadmaps with local market needs.

Drive revenue growth in Eastern Canada by qualifying inbound leads and expanding existing customer accounts through consultative outreach. Partner with Marketing and Field Sales to execute campaigns and maintain rigorous CRM data hygiene.
