The Installation Analyst is responsible for scheduling and supervising the activities of deployment rigging teams to ensure efficient ATM installations. They act as a single point of contact for project requirements, manage internal quotes, and ensure compliance with deployment procedures.
The role serves as the single point of contact for TIS deployment projects, coordinating between TPA vendors and internal teams to ensure timely installation. Responsibilities include tracking deployment progress, identifying quality vendors, and preparing site estimates and billing.
Manage medium-sized customer accounts to ensure governance, solution adoption, and fulfillment of contractual commitments. Develop strong client relationships through training, feedback collection, and acting as the primary point of escalation.
Liaise with outsource manufacturing teams to develop production plans and ensure they align with customer demand and global operations. Drive supply planning process improvements and coordinate with cross-functional teams to minimize inventory and expedite freight.
