The Senior Developer will design, develop, and sustain enterprise web applications for the U.S. Navy's manpower management systems. The officer leads the integration of USG-supported health workforce and data into national systems and guides the optimization of health workforce investments. They coordinate with partner governments and donors to align health workforce activities with national priorities and foreign policy goals.

Support the planning and execution of multinational disaster management exercises and humanitarian assistance engagements for USINDOPACOM. Develop training materials, deliver workshops, and provide subject matter expertise to military and civilian stakeholders.

Lead and grow Munitions Response capabilities by serving as the primary technical expert and operational authority for UXO projects. Oversee project execution, safety compliance, and business development while managing field personnel and resource leveling.
