Medical Informatics Engineering/Enterprise Health

The role involves drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial and SaaS agreements to support a growing software business. The attorney will partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Executive teams to manage legal risks and facilitate timely contract execution.

Own the product positioning, messaging, and commercialization strategy for the Enterprise Health platform and Ozwell AI. Act as the commercial bridge between Product, Sales, and Marketing to drive revenue impact and sales confidence.

The Solutions Consultant supports enterprise sales by leading technical discovery, delivering tailored product demonstrations, and designing solutions to meet customer objectives. They also manage RFP responses and collaborate cross-functionally to align platform capabilities with clinical and business requirements.

Provide application support and EMR optimization for Enterprise Health/MIE customers to ensure success and workflow efficiency. Serve as the primary contact for client inquiries, training, and escalating technical bugs.

Lead the strategy, discovery, and delivery of AI-native capabilities across the MIE and Enterprise Health product portfolio. Partner with engineering and domain leads to embed scalable AI workflows, copilots, and automation agents into healthcare operations.
