Drive the product vision for the illumend initiative by translating complex B2B insurance requirements into simple, consumer-oriented user experiences. Own the entire delivery pipeline, from strategic roadmap planning to the creation of detailed technical tickets and rapid prototyping.

Build and maintain large-scale frontend product platforms using TypeScript, Lit, and Redux. Lead frontend architecture and technical execution while collaborating with client stakeholders and mentoring mid-level engineers.

The Technical Lead will provide technical vision and architectural integrity while remaining hands-on in the codebase. They will mentor developers and bridge the gap between business objectives and technical execution.
