Develop and execute comprehensive SEO and content strategies to drive organic growth across traditional and AI-powered search platforms. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize website architecture, create high-quality content, and translate performance data into actionable insights.

The IT Analyst will provide technical support to end users, manage service desk operations, and maintain IT infrastructure systems. They are also responsible for onboarding new employees, documenting procedures, and executing IT projects while ensuring compliance and security standards.

Manage a portfolio of approximately 25 events per year, overseeing the on-site deployment and execution of Leap Event Technology products. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create operational plans and manage contractors to ensure high-standard event delivery.
