You will support and train clients throughout their journey with Kolsquare to ensure satisfaction and prevent churn. Additionally, you will assist the Customer Care Team Lead with daily operations, project management, and the creation of help center content.
You will own the marketing strategy for the new Kreators by Kolsquare business line, driving awareness and user acquisition through a product-led growth model. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute marketing plans, manage lead generation, and analyze performance metrics to optimize business results.
You will define and execute the US go-to-market strategy, driving brand awareness, credibility, and lead generation through paid media, content, and partnerships. You will also collaborate closely with the sales team to create effective enablement materials and ensure cohesive communication across all digital channels.
