Gigawatt

The Director will own the end-to-end integration strategy, building and maintaining both inbound and outbound data flows between Gigawatt and customer systems. They will lead the design of a reusable connector framework while personally architecting complex pipelines and mentoring a growing integration team.

The Integration Consultant will own customer data readiness, including profiling source systems, defining data requirements, and executing migration and conversion loads. They are also responsible for building and maintaining reliable inbound and outbound integrations, ensuring data quality, and providing operational support through monitoring and alerting.

Lead the end-to-end digital customer experience roadmap for web and mobile self-service portals in the utility sector. Collaborate with engineering and SMEs to ship high-value MVPs and optimize KPIs such as CSAT and digital adoption.

Lead the roadmap for customer transactional experiences, focusing on payments, billing, and order management for both self-service and call center channels. Drive the full product lifecycle from defining technical requirements and MVPs to executing production-ready features with engineering and design teams.

Own the procurement module roadmap, covering demand planning, source-to-pay, and supplier management for utility procurement. Lead discovery sessions with SMEs to translate business needs into actionable technical specifications and AI-driven features.
