Lead strategic growth projects, including expansion into new provinces, services, and acquisition channels, and coordinate execution with clinical, support, and engineering teams. Own patient-funnel and operational reporting, identify performance issues and improvements, and manage hands-on operational workflows while automating them over time.
Provide virtual assessments and treatment for adults with ADHD and related mental health conditions, including making diagnoses, prescribing medication when appropriate, and creating personalized care plans.
