The Head of Therapy will build, manage, and support a high-performing team of Directors of Therapy to ensure clinical excellence and fidelity to the Flourish integrated care model. This role involves overseeing therapy operations for high-acuity patients, driving organizational scaling, and partnering with cross-functional leadership to improve clinical products and care team training.

Lead and scale the operational infrastructure of a youth mental healthcare organization, overseeing People Operations, Clinical Operations, and Compliance. The role focuses on building scalable systems and developing functional leaders to support national growth while maintaining care quality.

The role involves conducting mental health assessments and triage for adolescents and young adults to facilitate efficient admission to care. The specialist acts as a clinical subject matter expert on state contracts and coordinates with external stakeholders to remove barriers to access.

Lead all crisis operations by managing the Crisis Response team and providing real-time supervision for high-acuity clinical situations. Develop and scale crisis response workflows, training protocols, and safety procedures across the organization.

The Head of Patient Growth will own the end-to-end patient acquisition funnel, including strategy, lead generation, and conversion to clinical admissions. They will lead a high-performing team while collaborating with clinical and product leadership to ensure safe, high-quality patient care and effective market launches.
