The consultant will identify, modify, or develop a Spanish-language literacy assessment tool for schools in Latin America. This includes conducting a needs analysis, comparing existing tools, and managing the pilot and final handover of the prototype.

The consultant will implement and manage the OneTest assessment by automating school-level reports and optimizing data collection processes. Additionally, they will develop teacher training materials and curate a digital library of open-source phonics books.
