The Senior Account Manager is responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of National Accounts by identifying client needs and selling outcome-based entertainment solutions. They will oversee the full customer lifecycle, including new location activations, contract renewals, and cross-functional project management.

Handle customer inquiries and resolve complex technical issues to ensure customer retention. Use sales expertise to recommend products and process purchases through operational systems.
