You will lead quality assurance efforts for custom internal and public-facing applications by writing test cases and managing bug lifecycles in Jira. Additionally, you will perform security, visual, and behavioral testing while collaborating with the development team to ensure high-quality software delivery.

Architect and manage the full Elastic Stack to support high-volume security telemetry ingestion and search. This includes tuning cluster performance, designing data models, and mentoring a team of Elastic engineers.

The Atlassian Systems Administrator is responsible for the administration, optimization, and governance of the full Atlassian product suite. This includes ensuring platform reliability, security, scalability, and alignment with organizational workflows while driving user adoption and continuous improvement.

Deploy and configure security products including EDR, SIEM, and M365 integrations to protect customer environments. Collaborate with SOC and Customer Success teams to ensure smooth onboarding and technical hand-off.

Lead and coordinate SOC analysts during assigned shifts to ensure 24/7 security monitoring and rapid incident response. Serve as the first line of escalation for complex security incidents while mentoring team members and enforcing operational playbooks.
