The BI Developer delivers clinical, financial, and research intelligence by creating reports and dashboards to support business decision-making. They coordinate data validation, ensure high-integrity data integration, and participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle.

The Application Analyst I performs system analysis, requirements gathering, configuration, and testing to support organizational workflows and business needs. They also provide ongoing application support, troubleshooting, and documentation while participating in on-call rotations.

Design, implement, and optimize the Workday security model across the ERP suite, including HCM, Payroll, and Financials. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure secure, compliant access and support internal and external security audits.

Perform Epic application system analysis, design, configuration, and implementation for IP Orders. Serve as a subject matter expert and technical mentor while managing assigned projects and coordinating with clients and vendors.
